GENERAL ARTICLE SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The cover paper should have the following contents.
- Email address
- Telephone number
- The institutional affiliation of the author
ARTICLE SUBMISSION DECLARATION
Article submission stipulates that the work described has not been published previously elsewhere. All manuscripts are sent to jsmsusa2080@gmail.com.
CHANGE OF AUTHORS
Authors are expected to consider the list and order of authors before the submission of a manuscript and thereby provide a definitive list of authors at the time of the original submission. Any addition, deletion or rearrangement of author’s names in the author's list should be made before the manuscript has been accepted and only if approved by the journal management. However, to request such a change, the Editor must receive the following from the corresponding author: (a) the reason for the change in the author list and (b) written confirmation from all authors.
PEER REVIEW
All submitted papers will be assessed by the journal editor for suitability. Accepted papers are sent to the Editor for further assessment, after which they are typically sent to other reviewers. The Editor is responsible for the final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of articles.
TITLE PAGE INFORMATION
- The title of the manuscript should be concise and informative.
- Author’s names and affiliations should indicate the given name(s) and family name(s) of each author and ensure that all names are accurately spelt. The contributors should provide the full postal address of each affiliation, including the country, name and email address of each author.
ABSTRACT
The paper is required to have a short abstract of 150 to 250, with a minimum of 6 keywords. An abstract is presented separately from the article. For this reason, references should be avoided, but if essential, then cite the author(s) and year(s).
ARTICLE PUBLICATION FEES
The total online publication fee is ($50 for a single author, while for more than one author is $70 ). The journal hardcopy is sent on request with a payment of a publication fee of $120.
Conference Proceedings , Inaugural Lectures and Published Books Publication Fees.
In academia, conference proceedings, inaugural lectures, and published books are very important in academic communities. They are written by researchers and scholars from various institutions. Accepted Conference Proceedings, Inaugural Lectures and Published Books are required to meet the publication guidelines of the journal. Conference Proceedings Publication fee is $30 for a single author, multiple authors is $40, Inaugural Lecture publication fee is $80, while published book publication fee is $100.
