Journal General Policy
The Global Dynamic Journal of Humanities and Legal Studies (GDJHLS) stands as a premier platform dedicated to disseminating high-quality research and scholarship in the fields of humanities and legal studies. GDJHLS, prioritize transparency, integrity, and academic rigor, ensuring that our article publication policies reflect these principles.
Submission Process
All manuscripts submitted to GDJHLS must adhere to our established submission guidelines. Authors are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the formatting, style, and citation practices specific to the journal. Manuscripts should be original works that have not been published elsewhere and must contribute in the fields of humanities and legal studies. Each article submission is subjected to a rigorous peer review process, this to ensure that the evaluation is impartial and based solely on the quality of the research presented.
Contributors are advised to present manuscript in line with any of the following styles of referencing, namely: 7th Edition of American Psychological Associations (APA) or Modern Languages Association (MLA). However, article submitted should not exceed 5000 words with an abstract of less than 200 words. GDJHLS firmly believes in the importance of publication ethics. In the event of suspected misconduct, such as plagiarism, data fabrication, or unethical research practices, we take such allegations seriously. Our journal follows established protocols for investigation and will take appropriate action, which may include retracting published articles when necessary. Peer Review Process

Article Preservation Policy

GDJHLS has adopted a multi-faceted approach to article preservation, ensuring that published works remain accessible to future researchers, students, and the wider public. All articles published in GDJHLS are stored in a reputable digital archive that adheres to best practices in digital preservation. Article Processing Charges
Authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) for their manuscripts accepted for publication. The APC includes various services such as:
- Peer Review Management
- Manuscript Editing and Formatting
- Online Publication and Hosting
- Indexing and Archiving
Payment Structure
The APC for articles is set at $50 for a single author, $72 for two authors, for more than three authors is $80. Payment information will be provided upon acceptance of the manuscript. We accept payments via various methods, including credit cards and bank transfers. Once an article has been accepted and payment has been processed, the APC is non-refundable.
Additional Charges
Please note that any supplementary services requested by the authors, such as additional formatting or extensive language editing, may incur extra charges. Authors will be informed of such costs prior to proceeding.

Articles in this Journal are indexed in Google Scholar and other indexing bodies.
